Standard delivery in the UK is FREE for all orders. This excludes delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland. Delivery to these locations will cost £9.60.
Next Day Delivery is charged at £6.90 and orders need to be placed before 12pm unless stated on the product. Please note that orders placed on the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
All orders placed using Next Day, Standard Delivery or Free Delivery will be dispatched using The Collect Group which is a 8am-7pm working day service from the date of dispatch.
In the unlikely event that we experience a delay with the dispatch of your product, we will endeavour to keep you informed of the revised anticipated dispatch date. When we notify you of the estimated arrival date you will be able to decide whether or not to proceed with the order.
If we are unable to deliver within 14 days of ordering, we will always give you the option of receiving a full refund of any payments made. Where stock is not immediately available we may dispatch a part shipment of any orders at our discretion or wait until we have received any out of stock items you may have ordered, and dispatch the entire order together.
Please note that a signature may be required upon receipt of your delivery.
Returning Your Order

N.B. – when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all original packaging included. If this is not adhered to, you may be charged for this. Details around return can be found below:
If You Change Your Mind
As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns if you are returning your order due to a change of mind, which includes rules about fair use.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.
Once your item has been returned, a fair assessment will be completed by a member of our returns team, any damage to the product, will result in the equivalent deduction in your refund amount issued (shown below), this will be assessed on a case by case basis.
None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).
Handling Charge - If you fail to comply with the above requirements, we reserve the right to charge you a minimum of 100% of the original order value.
You will be liable for all costs associated with returning the item to us. You must use a Signatory Royal Mail service or a courier which offer tracking and provides sufficient insurance to cover the value of the items you are returning.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning more than even the most loyal customer would order or the items returned don't match what you ordered - then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.
Want to exchange an item?
We’re no longer offering free exchanges to customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!
In the unlikely event that the product you have purchased is faulty, or becomes faulty within 28 days, please contact us the first instance and we may be able to assist you, this could prevent any avoidable returns to us.
At our discretion we may request that you return the item to us, in this event, we will reimburse the costs directly associated with returning the item. Alternatively, we may offer to collect the item at a time and date convenient to both Style Snatch and yourself.
Please ensure that your product is packaged and re-sealed correctly with all original packaging intact, as we cannot accept liability for any damage in transit.
Handling Charge - If you fail to comply with the above requirements, we reserve the right to charge you a minimum of 50% of the original order value.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Incorrect goods - We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please contact us so we can arrange for the item to be returned to us and we'll refund you if it's incorrect.
Do keep hold of your proof of postage in case we need to look at it later on.
If you choose to return through another method, it's your responsibility to pay for your return. If you still want the order and they're still in stock, please order them through our website as normal.
